Radio One Indianapolis, the largest and most listened to urban radio network in Indiana has created a multimedia diversity advertising and promotion service for Indiana organizations who would like to directly recruit a diverse workforce and/or promote their workforce and supplier diversity initiatives.
Radio One’ Diversity One Initiative is a unique diversity outreach campaign that allows organizations to utilize Radio One Indianapolis broadcast and online assets as well Radio One’s diversity event promotion to develop and implement customized diversity outreach and/or recruitment campaigns targeting the culturally and ethnically diverse audience of Radio One.
